Work begins only after written approval and payment of the agreed-upon deposit.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Deposits are typically non-refundable once work begins.

  • Additional work or revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until the balance is paid.

In rare cases where refunds are considered, they will be evaluated based on the amount of work already completed and costs incurred.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • You retain ownership of your existing content, branding, and materials provided to us.

  • Monarch Web Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and code.

  • Upon final payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables (designs, code, or strategy documents) for your business.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our work without written consent.

6. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Our Services may involve connecting your website with third-party tools such as Shopify apps, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or other integrations.
We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or data handling practices of third-party services. You agree to comply with the respective terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to provide accurate, high-quality work, Monarch Web Solutions and its affiliates are not liable for:
