From Concept to Conversion

Research & Discovery

We began with a one-on-one meeting with Freewell’s CEO to understand the brand’s story, goals, and long-term vision. From there, we reviewed the existing website to identify what was working, where users were dropping off, and which areas needed improvement.

We also analyzed competitor and industry websites to study structure, content, and customer flow patterns, helping us gather insights that would guide the strategy and direction for the rebuild.

Conversion-Focused Redesign

With clear insights in place, we moved into the redesign phase focused on both brand authenticity and conversion performance. The structure was rebuilt to feel cohesive and intuitive, guiding users naturally toward key actions.

We worked closely with Freewell’s team through each design stage, refining layouts, visuals, and messaging until everything aligned with the brand’s identity and mission. We emphasized trust, highlighted product benefits, and made reviews and subscription options prominent, creating a shopping experience that felt both authentic and optimized to convert.

Development & Integrations

Development followed the structure and strategy established during design, using Shopify 2.0 as the foundation for a flexible and scalable build. We combined native theme sections with custom code to achieve the functionality and control the project required.

We set up key integrations for marketing, analytics, subscriptions, and reviews, ensuring everything worked smoothly and was easy to manage. The launch was followed by QA testing, client training, and post-launch maintenance to confirm everything performed as intended.

Ongoing Optimization

After launch, we continued managing development for Freewell, handling regular updates and improvements to ensure the site continued to perform seamlessly. This included bug fixes, app migrations, product additions, and new landing pages built to support campaigns and drive consistent conversion growth.
